If (or when) you were to run a kids conference with kids from different churches, would you rather
have leaders come with the kids from their church that are already disciplining the kids to the conference or stick with the leaders that you trust to carry the culture and vision of the event but may not already know the kids?

Why not both? The leaders you know have the vision to lead and the church leaders to guide their children and personally take the challenge back to their church.
