Ventrilomask

i am looking for companies or individual who can make me a Ventrilomask of an old man. I want to use the mask with moving mouth to put on adult in congregation when I bring them up on stage. If you know of such a company please advise. I know that Ventrilomask is a trade name. Seems they only make two.. one male and one female. I want mask of old man.
