First Christian Church in Champaign, IL. Pretty much the best church and we rock. We are known as the place with an indoor playground. We are trying to figure out how to connect with the public that comes in to use our playground during the week. It is a great place to work and I get to work with some incredible people!

I love hanging out with my friends from Champaign and back home in Springfield, IL. Jeremy and I recently joined a gym in town so we work with a trainer twice a week and we are really enjoying it. He kicks our butt but it feels good! We have one black lab and 2 black cats that we spoil like crazy.

reading, my family, my animals, my nephew Ben, church, movies, staying in fun hotels, musicals, visiting warm places.

Other Things About Me:
I strive to be more like Jesus everyday. Sometimes I fail and sometimes I grow closer. I try to listen to Christ whenever I can, I strive to not become hardened to his nudges and look for him in the ordinary. I ask Him on a daily basis - Why did He pick me?
I love working with special needs kids- especially those with Autism and one day hope to do something to help families who live with this disorder.

Leadership

I love to learn more about leadership and how to become a good leader and what defines a good leader. I enjoy going to the Leadership Summit each year that willow creek puts together. Dad...

Tonight we had our small group at our house and they really are great. We are going through the Truth Project by Focus on the Family and it can get really wordy and over my head but for the most part we are enjoying it. Life had been crazy here lately. I finally had our first directors meeting for VBS and planned a lot of stuff. I am still down 2 directors but hope they will be easy to fill. Vacation......hmmmmm....don't know. My parents are going to Panama Beach the last week of August and I could tag along on their dime but the timing is awful. Not sure I ahave many options in that regard right now. Susan just got back from a fam vacation and Em is going to Disney soon with Lauren (too pricey for me.) Not sure....still deciding.

What about you? Going anywhere great? Maybe you could inspire me?
