Help your people succeed…even if it’s not in your ministry

We have the honor of leading people. Sometimes in Children’s Ministry we get so wound up in making sure all of our slots are filled that we push people into jobs that they aren’t
good at. This many times can result in people quitting or burning out
and having bad attitudes about your ministry. We often think that all
we need is a warm body with a pulse to fill our CM slots and we will
have a successful ministry. That is FAR from true.

The really funny thing is . . . . .

We used a puppet for a character in the recent filming of BIG -Follow You.

The part was written to be a small boy that you would just see the top of his head and have a mans voice but a exec decision was made (Dave) and we got a puppet (still with a deep deep voice).

So we shall see if he is a hit or if it should be buried :)
