As I write I always think back to what stories, teaching and bible passages impacted me deeply. We had a competition between our Hillsong Kids staff called "Pimp my Set up"... The idea was that we each take 5 photos of our age groups room set up and we present them to the team. We then choose 3 finalists and vote on the winner. And I WON!! Yeah Baby..I WON IT!!! My prize was a gift card for the movies, which I will enjoy every second of!!!

The List is what keeps me on track, it's the thing that holds it all together. My To Do list helps me everyday to prioritise, organise and strategise my work day.

At the start of every week I take some time out, no longer than 15 mins and write my to do list for the whole week. First I add in the things from last week's list that were not completed, then I go about adding the to do 's for the new week ahead.

This week our children’s ministry staff volunteered with a community organization that hosts an annual Christmas Party for children with special needs. It was a huge day with around 5,000 disadvantaged children all coming with their families to enjoy a Christmas party. Each child received a gift and were able to enjoy all the activities and entertainment. The day was made possible by a number of corporate sponsors and volunteers from those companies and other community groups.
