Michael,

Looking forward to seeing you in a few days, but also sad to hear about your rough week.

I have just prayed for you and your family.

Thanks for your contribution on CMTelesummit yesterday. It will take me a while to digest but I got the download so I can listen again and relate it to ministry in my world.

You're welcome and I'm sure we'll pick your brain at some point. This site has also been very helpful in ministry. Headed to Orange next week with part of our team and looking forward to some great teaching, worship, and time with friends.

I've been devouring the new book today. We are making strides in partnerships with and ministry to families but have plenty of room for improvement. It's encouraging to hear from a variety of leaders on what is working in their communities. Thanks to all who contributed and the work you put in to Collaborate. I have already asked for our staff to spend some time reading and discussing the contents!

Thanks Michael! The funny this is, that picture was taken by a previous employer who laid me off about 2 weeks later!
